Welcome
I try to update as often as I have time and I hope you enjoy the updates on the kids. Honestly, sometimes I forget about it until someone mentions to me that they check it for updates. I will try to stay on this and keep everyone posted on our family! Thanks!

Santa
Here is a shot with Drew and Santa. We didn't think that Drew would actually sit on his lap but he did. He looks a bit scared but I think it is cute!

CHRISTMAS!!!!!
Christmas was a wonderful family event this year. Sam and I had eleven people at our house for christmas morning. Grandma Dye, my two sisters, brother-in-law Adam and five kids in all. Keep in mind there were eleven of us there when you see all the presents. We woke up and the kids were so excited to see that Santa had come to visit. We had some hot chocolate and then began opening presents. It was so much fun and we loved having Christmas in our new home!
We bought this singing bear for Sam's grandparents a few years ago. They just sent it back to us because they thought that Drew would enjoy it. Boy were they right! I wasn't sure if he would be scrared but he loved it. He figured it out fast. The boys all loved pushing the button to make the bear dance and then they would dance with it. Here are a couple videos of Brandon and Drew using the microphone to sing. They kept us entertained all week. Thanks Betty and Wade!

Drew, Brandon and Kyle
We enjoy watching Drew with his cousins. They get along so well and Drew loves to have other kids in the house. It is also is great way to teach Drew to share, sometimes he needs a little encouragement from others to share ( he gets that from his dad :)). They played and played and Drew took a extra long nap everyday that they were here!Brandon and Kyle playing in the balls!Kyle!Lunch with Kyle!Get ready, set, build your ginger bread house!I don't think that Drew is actually putting it on, I think he is taking it off!Ta-da!
Remember Your Firemen!!!
My mother and sister had a good idea to take food to the firemen. One of them heard on the radio that people don't remember the firemen. So we headed to the fire station with some pop and hot chocolate. We had a great time. They let the boys get in the fire truck and turn on the lights. It is a great tradition that I think we will try to continue.

Smoothie Date With Dad-dee!
Daddy came home from work and he and Drew decided to make a smoothie. They gathered all the fruit in the kitchen, blended it up and enjoyed a nice time together. I was hearing all kinds of laughs and fun in the kitchen and I had to go check it out, this is what I found. Daddy is brave enough to let Drew have his own cup, he thought he was pretty big!
What chap stick????
I came in to find my little man must have grown the night before because he was able to get my purse off of the counter, get out my chap stick and attempt to apply it to his face and hair. He sure keeps me on my toes! The other day I walked in to find him standing in a drawer, eating veggies off the counter. I had gone to hang up laundry and about passed out when I walked back in the room and saw him standing up there eating off the counter. When I pulled him down he was sooooo mad at me. I didn't get a picture of that incident.

Halloween and Kiddie Parade
This was a fun Halloween for us. In case some of you don't know, Independence has a kiddie parade for children to dress up and show off there costumes. Well my sister and I decided that the kids needed to represent the National Champions this year! Who knows when KU will ever be the National Champs again and hey.... the kids couldn't complain this year! So we had two basketball players (Brandon and Drew), a jayhawk (Kyle) and a cheerleader (Serena).
